A cooking class series featuring nationally acclaimed
regional chefs is presented in Granbury by Hennington's Café at the Nutt
House and the Pan Handle.
The Historic Granbury Regional Chefs Culinary Series
features chefs demonstrating their signature dishes, specialty recipes and
advanced techniques. After each class, participants enjoy a sampling
buffet at Hennington's Café, featuring the entrees they have just learned to
prepare.
Following the tasting, participants walk to the Pan
Handle for dessert, coffee, and a cookbooks signing by the featured chef, where
appropriate. (Cook books are available for purchase.)

October 20 Dean Fearing of The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Dallas Fearing is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and author of The Mansion on Turtle Creek and Dean Fearing's Southwest Cuisine. He is also the host and featured chef of his own television show, Dean's Cuisines. Dean has cooked for President George Bush and the Queen of England. * Warm Lobster Taco with Yellow Tomato Salsa and Jicama Salad November 17 Brian specializes in country regional and ethnic cuisines. Original founder of Dallas' Deep Ellum Café and Elm Street Winery. He will be preparing assorted tapas in conjunction with an informal wine tasting, just in time for holiday entertaining.
