Aug. 16th Denise Shavandy, Pegasus and Central Market Cooking School (Fort Worth)and TSTC Culinary Institute(Abilene) with Wade Sanders' (Cowtown Wine Dude) wine pairings. See menu

Sept. 20th Eric Hunter, Fire Oak Grill (Weatherford) with Dana Schrick and Dr. Bobby Smith of La Buena Vida Vineyards (Springtown). See menu

Oct. 18th Lou Lambert, Lambert's (Fort Worth) with Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. See menu

Nov. 15th "The Outlaw Chef" Terry Chandler, Fred's Texas Cafe, with Wade Sanders' (Cowtown Wine Dude) wine/sangria pairings.

Prices for each class will vary from $85-$100 per person.
