Canape:   Fried Kalamata olives, stuffed with feta, prosciutto and Brazos Valley smoked mozzarella involtini, sweet pepper crostini, fontina
1st Course:   Risotto, Maine diver scallops, sweet corn, garden peas, applewood smoked bacon, watercress
2nd Course:   Barolo braised Oxtail, red wine cabbage, orange glazed carrots, Brazos Valley Parmesan cream
3rd Course:   Baked Parker County peaches, maple syrup ice cream and pizzelle cookies.
** Bring your dull knives to this class to have them sharpened while you have fun in the class! **

The cooking class series features nationally acclaimed  guest chefs demonstrating their signature dishes, specialty recipes, and advanced techniques.
